Every October, RFG comes together to move with purpose and give with intention. This year, from October 1–31, we're raising funds and awareness for Make-A-Wish Alabama — because when a wish is granted, a child gets to trade fear for confidence and anxiety for hope.

When a wish is granted, a child gets to replace fear with confidence, sadness with joy, and anxiety with hope. That kind of change doesn't happen without people showing up for it — which is exactly what this challenge is for. In 2026, we're supporting Make-A-Wish Alabama and setting our sights on $65,000 raised as one firm.

Find Your Team

  1. 1Visit the RFG Advisory Make-A-Wish page, log in or create an account, and select your Crush It for Charity team.
  2. 2Download the Make-A-Wish app (iOS or Android) and log in with the username and password you just created.
  3. 3Personalize your fundraising page: add a photo, tell people why you're fundraising, and track your progress in real time from the Overview screen.
  4. 4Share your personal QR code and fundraising link by text, email, LinkedIn, or Facebook.
  5. 5When gifts come in, say thanks! The app has pre-written thank-you messages ready to send, and it's worth asking each donor if their employer offers a matching gift program.

Tell your story 

  • Say what you're doing: "I'm hosting a fundraiser on behalf of Make-A-Wish. I'm striving to raise [amount] to help grant life-changing wishes for kids who need it most."
  • Add a photo or two: your page has room for two.
